This session will be facilitated by Helen Dudeney MEd, COGE and provide some practical ideas for you to use

 About the key speaker:

Jan Ashton-Ross became interested in naturopathy in 1986 as a new mum with chronic fatigue due to undiagnosed allergy to gluten + a cows milk allergy. Her husband was a chronic asthmatic on heavy doses of daily medication. What followed was a path of  education to find natural treatments of such conditions and her background as a Home Economist in the Arnotts Test Kitchen meant she was able to adapt recipes for maximum “wellness”. She is passionate about people eating well.

Her special focus is putting together; the pieces of the puzzle, regarding the brain and gut and helping people have bright, healthy babies and children.

Her interests are organic gardening  and bushwalking….and her burning ambition is to complete a long walk, at least 100km’s with her asthma free (for 20 years now)husband.
